frequently asked questions

How long does the job take

Quotes are quick. Design proof in one to two business days. Standard prints install in three to five business days after approval. Rush service is available.

What materials do you use and how long will they last

Premium outdoor vinyls with UV laminate when needed. Typical lifespan is three to seven years depending on film type, surface and sun exposure. Short term promo films are also available.

Can you work from my logo or do you design it for me

Both. Send vector files like PDF, AI or SVG for best results. High resolution PNG or JPG also works for simple prints. We can recreate or refresh artwork if needed.

Do you install on site

Yes. We install at our shop or at your location by appointment. Surfaces must be clean and dry. Window installs may require mild weather. Care instructions are provided after install.

Can you remove old graphics and is the paint safe

We remove and clean adhesive residue. Factory paint is usually safe when vinyl is removed correctly. Very old graphics or repainted surfaces may need extra care and can take longer. Avoid pressure washers near edges and wait 48 hours before the first wash.
